Bloemfontein: Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is committed to creating inclusive growth opportunities for communities, women and the youth.

The CCBSA Pivotal Program Intake (PPI) for 2021 which was introduced to focus on creating opportunities for individuals from our respective communities and South African citizens is now underway.

CCBSA looks to provide 44 learnership opportunities across key areas of the business, specifically Commercial (Sales), Manufacturing and Technical (Packaging) and Logistics (Warehouse).

These are unemployed learnerships where individuals are given the opportunity to complete a SETA approved program but also obtain and get practical exposure to a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment like that of CCBSA.

In previous years, these learnership programmes have been used as a critical channel to identify potential talent that can be absorbed into key frontline roles in respective functions.

Willie Van Wyk, CCBSA HR Business Partner based in Bloemfontein, noted that as a business, they are fully committed to supporting youth empowerment and inspiring the youths to better themselves in our operations.

The learnerships also promote diversity and inclusion with the main aim of appointing females and males from underrepresented groups.

“We would like to wish the Class of 2021 all the best and request that each of our Inland employees assist and guide our learners in the coming months for them to successfully complete the program.” said Willie Van Wyk.
