Our deepest fear!!!!!!!!!
This inspiring quote and poem by Marianne Williamson states that “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, gifted, fabolous or successful?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God and created in his own image. Your playing tiny does not serve you or the world. There is nothing enlightened about playing small so that people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to manifest the glory of the Creator that is within us.
It is not just in some of us but it is for everyone. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are set free from our own fear, our presence automatically liberate others.”
Fear is a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that occurs in certain types of organisms, which causes a change in metabolic and organ functions and ultimately a change in behavior, such as fleeing, hiding, or freezing from perceived traumatic events. “Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.” – Denis Waitley.
So, listen to your fears but never let fear deter you in becoming what you want to be and what you want to achieve. If you want defeat fear, do not sit home and do nothing but rather go out and get busy. Fear leads to defeats and failures, however, boldness leads to victories and successes.
