There is no such a thing as failure. There are only results.

Sometimes you have to stop being scared and go for it. Either it will work out or it won’t. That is life. In continuing with last week’s topic, where we talked about Belief #1: “Everything happens for a reason, a purpose and it serves us”, this week we continue with the next three Beliefs of Anthony Robbins.

Belief #2: There is no such a thing as failure. There are only results.

I have never been scared of trying over and over again, to get results. Whether good or bad, I know I have achieved a result. The most succesful people in the world look at changing obstacles into challenges, defeats into wins, pain into happiness and failures into victories. For their every action brings results not failure. Our future belongs to risk takers not comfort seekers.

Belief #3: Whatever happens, take responsibility.

You are an object not a subject. Yes, we love the blaming game and it seldom you get people acknowledging what happens to them, instead we constantly blame others for what happens in our life. Successful people take action and responsibility to what happens in their lives. Because it is not about them(object) it is about how to change the course of their lives(subject).

If life is a journey and we learn along the way it thus become the main subject or course in our lives. We therefore unravel it by taking actions and results we get, good bad, learn from them and own up even when we are wrong. Never be a prisoner of your past. It was just a lesson, not a life sentence.

Belief #4: It is necessary to understand everything to be able to use everything.

Learning is the processing and assimilation of what we hear, see or experience that alters or improves our knowledge, skills and attitudes. I certainly do not know everything. Some thing or things I do not know, I learn. The reality is, in order to be good as something, you have to learn and master that craft. So many people start businesses or new positions and they fall flat at the beginning or in the middle.

Simple because, either by thinking that they know it all or more so, they are not willing to learn. Asking help, guidance and/or mentoring is not a sign of weakness, but rather, the willingness to learn and understand what needs to be done. So, learn as much as you can so that you can be able to use everything learnt to your benefit and advantage as well as for those around you.

I never loose. Either I win or learn. I let nothing get me down.
